Additional Shipping FAQs
Should i get my order shipped to my house or work address?
To ensure your package arrives safely we usually use toll parcel & courier services. They generally deliver between normal business hours of 9am – 5pm and there will need to be someone there to sign for your parcel. So unless you hang around home all day, getting it delivered to your work, or your mum's work etc is probably the best idea.
Can you ship to a P.O. box?
No sorry we can’t deliver to a p.o box. please use a physical address for your order.
What if my package is not delivered?
If your package does not turn up within the expected delivery time outlined, then check on your shipping email you were sent and there will be track and trace details. If your dog ate your email, or you’re just kinda lazy you can email us on email@example.com and we’ll attempt to track the package for you. Please give the package two extra business days for delivery before emailing us.
How do i know when my order has been shipped?
When your order gets shipped, you will be sent an automated email confirming your package has been sent and giving you a tracking number and a link to a site where you can track your package. If you have any other questions about shipping, fire us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to help you out.
You can return your RPM garment at your own cost for exchange or refund within 14 days of online purchase. The items must be returned unworn, unwashed, complete with original swing tag and packaging, and accompanied by the original RPM sales receipt & a returns slip filled out.
Sale or discount items can only be returned if faulty.
Shipping & handling charges (if applicable) are only refundable if the original item is faulty or the item you receive is different to your order and can't be replaced.
Refunds will only be made to the card used for your original purchase.

Damaged, altered, dirty or worn garments will not be exchanged or refunded.
